Information
Tick Tock Early Learning Center serves children ages 12 months through 12 years of age and offers both full time care and part time before and after school enrollment options. All enrolled children are welcome to attend our full time summer camp enrichment program.
Request for admission to Tick Tock Early Learning Center is made by completing a free application for child care. Applications may be picked up in person at the Center without an appointment or may be mailed or emailed to your address upon request. For your convenience, a printable version of our Application can be found here. There is no obligation to accept admission.
Admissions
If there are no available spaces for your child at the time of your application, your child’s name will be placed on our Waiting List. You will be notified by telephone when a space becomes available in your child’s age group. Priority will be given to the siblings of children already enrolled in our program. Parents are welcome to add children’s names to our Waiting List in anticipation of their turning 12 months of age.

Prior to admission, parents will meet with our Family Services Director to complete necessary forms. We will provide information regarding subsidy programs for which the family may be eligible. If a family is eligible, they must submit proof that they have applied for the state or federal program such as CCW and CACFP. We will not be able to offer a a discount on tuition to a family who fails to apply for a state or federal subsidy for which they qualify.

Income verification is a part of our application process for tuition fee determination. Our tuition is determined on a sliding scale based on family size and income. There are no discounts for multiple enrolled siblings because family size is taken into account in determining private fees.
Additional Details
Children are scheduled to visit the Center before their admission to spend time in the classroom and get to know their teacher. We encourage younger children to bring a comfort item such as a special blanket or stuffed animal to the Center to help reassure them during a transition period. The teachers will work to make this transition smooth for the child and the parent.
Parents are encouraged to share any questions or concerns about their child’s progress meeting developmental milestones with their child’s teacher, Education Director, or Family Services Director. We can help families access support or begin the process to have their child screened for services through the Chester County Intermediate Unit or other county resources.
