Tick Tock's educational child care services are intentionally designed to meet the needs of working families. Our income-based tuition model makes high-quality child care affordable for families living and working in Southern Chester County, Pennsylvania.

To qualify for tuition assistance, parents/guardians must be employed full-time, pursuing education, or a combination of both.
