Our Programs
Tick Tock Early Learning Center supports children from 12 months through elementary school with full-time educational child care, before and after school programming, and summer camp enrichment. Nutritious meals and snacks are provided at no additional cost. Our programs help children learn, build friendships, and grow while meeting the needs of working families.
We are proud to be an equal opportunity care provider. Our program promotes and celebrates racial and ethnic diversity, understanding, engagement, and harmony in our clientele, staff, and board of directors.

Educational Child Care
Our full-time educational child care program serves children ages 12 months to kindergarten, supporting working families throughout Southern Chester County. Engaging classrooms provide a safe, welcoming, and nurturing environment for children to build confidence, meaningful connections, and a strong foundation for success in kindergarten and beyond.
Tick Tock proudly maintains a STAR 4 designation - the highest available through Pennsylvania's Keystone STARS initiative. Our Center is licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services and inspected and certified by the Chester County Health Department. Our Food and Nutrition Program provides freshly prepared meals on-site that meet the nutritional standards of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

Before and After School
Our Before and After School Program serves children in kindergarten through fifth grade, with busing for students in the Kennett Consolidated School District (KCSD) and eligible Avon Grove Charter School students based on district boundaries.

School age children enjoy breakfast before school and a healthy snack afterward, along with outdoor play, hands-on activities, and time to unwind and connect with friends. Homework assistance helps ease evening routines so families can enjoy more time together.
Full day care is included for enrolled students when public school is not in session, providing dependable support for working families.
Summer Camp
Our Summer Camp Enrichment Program combines a traditional summer camp experience with dependable hours that meet the needs of working families. Weekly themes, field trips, and special visitors provide students with opportunities to expand their imaginations, explore new interests, and build on skills learned during the school year.

With time to play, recharge, and connect with friends, children build confidence and make lasting memories in a safe, supportive environment. Breakfast, lunch, and an afternoon snack are included. Our summer camp programming runs for 10 to 11 weeks, following the Kennett Consolidated School District (KCSD) summer break schedule.
